Pest control expert Nick Castro from California was summoned to a house to deal with a woodpecker. What he found shocked him.
The woodpecker was creating holes in the home's siding and storing acorns in the walls. When Castro cut into the wall to remove the acorns, they wouldn't stop pouring out.
"Acorns were thought to be only about a quarter of the way up the wall. Turned out, they were piled high up to the attic of the house," Castro said. A total of 700 pounds of acorns were removed from the walls.
New siding has been added to the home, and the owners hope the bird will now find another place to store its food.
