A server at a restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska received a $5,000 tip from music star Jason Derulo, who had visited the restaurant with his family and racked up a $795 tab. The server, Jordan Schaffer, documented the interaction on TikTok and thanked Derulo for paying for a semester of his college tuition. Derulo responded by thanking Schaffer for taking care of his family and spreading love. Schaffer said the money took a lot of stress out of his life as his tuition was due last week.
