TikTokers are lovin’ a story about a toddler who took himself on a field trip to McDonald’s. Marissa Phiffer, who is mom of 3-year-old twins, Aiden and Aleiya, shares a story about a family nap that took a scary turn. Marissa says she was “sleeping on the floor right next to their cribs and when she woke up Aiden was gone — and so were his shoes. He was not in the house. He was not in the basement. He was not in the front yard or the backyard. With shaking hands, Marissa dialed 911 to report a missing child. Police arrived very quickly and showed her a photograph. It was Aiden and he was safe and sound at a McDonald’s across the street from their Wisconsin home. The restaurant is just under a half-mile from Marissa’s home. (Contains some adult language)
