KID CATCHES DOORDASH DRIVER SPITTING ON HIS FOOD

In a shocking incident in Florida (Kendall), a DoorDash driver was caught on a Ring camera spitting on a customer’s food bag. 13-year-old Elias Crisanto and his mother ordered food delivery through the app and were horrified when they saw the driver spit on their food multiple times. The teen wasted no time in reporting the driver to DoorDash.

… Crisanto initially contacted the company through its chat feature and shared the video, requesting a refund. However, DoorDash initially denied his request, prompting the teenager to call their customer service number. Eventually, the company responded to the video and assured Crisanto that the driver would be removed from their platform. The company’s email to the teenager read, “We do not condone this type of action and have therefore taken the step in removing them from our platform. This Dasher will no longer be able to deliver future orders on DoorDash.”
