A Texas family is struggling to cope with a “very large pig” that has been tormenting them, leading them to resort to self-defense and even involving the police. Wendy Goldstein, a resident of Kingsland, Texas, described the pig as black and white and estimated its weight to be around 300 pounds. She reported that the pig attacked her and her family numerous times at their home, even foaming at the mouth during one incident. Goldstein claimed that her disabled mother was wrestled to the ground by the pig when she tried to prevent it from entering their home.
… Despite the family’s attempts to defend themselves, Goldstein says that the pig’s owner threatened to shoot her parents if anything happened to the animal. Animal control eventually shot the pig with a pepper ball when it returned again. The Sheriff’s Office reported that the pig has been returned to its owner, who has secured its enclosure. No charges will be filed.
