Dog abandoned tied to a hydrant with a bag of toys finally gets a home

Instead of being taken to a shelter, this dog has been given a second chance at life after being abandoned on the street in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The dog was found tied to a fire hydrant with a bag full of toys. A heartbreaking letter from the owner was also discovered. The owner, who is struggling with health problems, was unable to afford the dog’s medical costs. The dog, named Baby Girl, was taken to the Humane Society for a check-up and it was discovered that she has diabetes mellitus. Due to her health issues, she requires daily glucose monitoring, a restricted diet, and insulin injections. Baby Girl has since been rehomed and the previous owner is said to be happy about the outcome. Check the videos!!
