A delivery driver in Utah accidentally delivered a “warm cup of urine” instead of a Chick-fil-A milkshake to a customer. Caleb Woods ordered fries and a shake from the fast food joint through Grubhub. When he took a sip from the cup, he realized it was urine and confronted the driver who had not left yet. The conversation was captured on Woods’ home security system. The driver admitted to accidentally switching the cups and explained that he uses cups to relieve himself while working long hours. Woods received a partial refund for the order. PARTIAL?! Grubhub fired the driver and apologized to Woods.
