A homeowner in Kent, England, captured an unusual visitor on their doorbell camera. An escaped pet emu named Rodney wandered up their driveway, knocked on the front door with its beak, and kicked a potted plant. The homeowner’s doorbell camera recorded the moment, showing three people surrounding the flightless bird before one person captured it. Police later said the emu had escaped from a residential property in the area and had safely returned the bird — named Rodney — to his owners. Emus have been legal to keep as pets in the UK since 2007, and they can grow to over six feet tall
