U.S. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky trained to be an eye doctor before he entered Congress, but we now know he is also skilled at performing the Heimlich maneuver. He went to the aid of Senator Joni Ernst of Iowa when she choked over lunch at a meeting of colleagues yesterday. “Can’t help but choke on the woke policies Dems are forcing down our throats.
