A mother duck and two police officers in Texas teamed up to save 11 ducklings that fell through a storm grate and into a drain. The officers from the League City Police Department were called to the scene and found that the ducklings had wandered further into the drain. But the mother duck came to the rescue, calling her babies back to the opening. With the help of the mama duck, the officers were then able to prevent the ducklings from wandering off again. One officer descended into the drain to lift the birds to safety. Watch:
