Shaq to the rescue of a teenager with size 23 shoes

Former NBA star Shaquille O’Neal has once again proven he’s a real-life superhero after sending nearly 20 pairs of his own shoes to a Missouri teen struggling to find footwear that fits his size 23 feet.

… Jor’el Bolden, a 16-year-old standing at 6’5”, had been facing challenges finding shoes that were suitable for his large feet until Shaq stepped in to help. O’Neal, known for his size 22 feet during his basketball career, has always been an advocate for those with similar-sized feet who have trouble finding shoes.

… Last year, Shaq helped another young athlete by providing cleats, and now he’s come to Jor’el’s aid with a care package that also included shirts and other items. The teen was thrilled to receive the shoes and even got the chance to chat with O’Neal via Facetime.
