One never knows who is going to shine in the American Idol auditions brightly enough to make it to the finals.
This year, Georgia had a chance for a third idol to make the grade but ultimately he came up a little short after doing a very impressive job.
Will Moseley of Hazlehurst (Jeff Davis County) wowed the judges and the fans with his gritty country soul and ended up making it to the finals alongside Jack Blocker and Abi Carter and in the end, after Blocker was eliminated, it was a nail biter to see if Will could go all the way.
Coming in second behind the very popular Abi Carter from Indio California was no small task and he and his fans need to be very proud.
On the finale this week he unveiled what will be his first single and it's a good one: "Good Book Bad"
Congratulations Will!
Here's the announcement of the winner, in case you missed it, and Will's new song.
