A three-bedroom home in San Francisco is on the market for just under half-a-million dollars…but you can’t move in until 2053.
It's a one-of-a-kind listing that drew A long line of prospective buyers last week.
The Zillow listing says that a tenant is living in the three-bedroom home, and the new buyer has to allow that tenant to continue their rental agreement. This means they will pay $417 a month in rent for up to 30 years. However, if a buyer is very patient, they could one day own a home that is worth millions. “It’s for a very, very unique buyer that’s willing to get a big discount — maybe two-thirds,” attorney Steven MacDonald said.
