Jelly Roll treats fans to chicken before his concert and leaves big tip!

Jelly Roll made headlines this week for giving his fans in Little Rock, Arkansas, free fried chicken.

The artist announced on Instagram that food would be "on him" for anyone who ate at Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken on Tuesday, Oct 22.

Jelly Roll was in town to play a sold-out show at Simmons Bank Arena. The free meals were an homage to when Jelly Roll was a new artist and played at Stickyz Chicken Shack and then later the Rev Room. He said in his social media announcement that he ate Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken every time he played the Rev Room. The singer also left the employees a tip of more than $7,000. He shared music outlet Country Rebel's post with the receipt on his Instagram stories.
