Oscar Meyer Announces The First Wienie 500

Oscar Meyer has announced the first-ever “Wienie 500”, a race featuring all of the iconic Wienermobilies! The race will take place this Friday, May 23rd at 2 p.m. Eastern time at the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Six dogs, each representing a different part of the country, will take each other on to see who the true “wiener” will be. The regional racers include: The Chi Dog; The New York Dog; The Slaw Dog; The Sonoran Dog; The Chili Dog; and the Seattle Dog

The race, set for Friday, May 23 at 2 p.m. ET, will be streamed live on the FOX Sports app and @INDYCARonFOX social media accounts. Highlights will also air during the Indy 500 pre-race show on FOX.
