Hurricane Dorian left the Bahamas devastated with 60% of homes destroyed in some places and tens of thousands in need of disaster relief. In the wake of the devastation left by Hurricane Dorian, a local Savannah boy named Archer is being called a hero after taking the initiative to help those left homeless by the storm.
After setting up a lemonade stand near his home, Archer raised over $400 and donated the entire amount to the Bahamian relief fund. Many in our community are saluting young Archer for his thoughtful and selfless actions.
