Hi! I’m Duke, and I’m looking for a family to love me unconditionally. I’m 1 ½ years old and still have LOTS of my puppy energy, but I am really smart and learn quickly (especially when treats are involved!). My ideal home will be with a family, couple or single who have lots of time to spend with me and don’t need to leave me home all day by myself. I would love some great older kids to play with, and a nice, securely fenced yard to romp around in. Above all, I want people who will cherish me and allow me to adore them in my special way. I love to follow you around, cuddle up with you, hang on your every word, and give you my unwavering love and support. I am a great “welcome home committee” – whether you have been gone all day – or for just 5 minutes, you can count on receiving the warmest, most exuberant welcome every time. I am such a happy, devoted dog. I will add plenty of love, joy, laughter and companionship to your home. I get along great with other dogs, and I LOVE children. I have never been around cats and I’m not really sure what I should do with one if I met it.
