Effingham Co. EMA has activated our EOC to Operations Level 3 “Monitoring the Storm”. There have been significant changes in the forecast models in the last 2 days. We are closely monitoring this event, and are taking steps to prepare for a worst case scenario and anticipate a more defined track by Friday.
