WHAT: 9TH ANNUAL UNITED WAY TURKEY TROT presented by SouthCoast Health
Over 1,300 experienced runners and amateur weekend athletes will take in beautiful Daffin Park and enjoy a fun, fast 4 mile run/walk, Kids K (0.62 mile; ages 10 & under) and Diaper Dash (ages 3 & under). The race route starts at Daffin Park, loops through the picturesque Washington Avenue, then hits the Chatham Sheriff’s Police Memorial Drive and finally ends up back at Daffin Park. This event will feature awards for top male and female in each age group categories during a post-race ceremony, which will include food, beverages, and family activities.
The 9th Annual United Way Turkey Trot is sponsored by Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, Savannah State University, Bouhan Falligant, Chatham Steel, Vaden Automotive Group, iHeart Media, Savannah Morning News, and WTOC-TV.
