WHY PEOPLE ARE PAYING $1,000 FOR UPSIDE DOWN CHRISTMAS TREES?

Christmas trees come in lots of shapes and sizes, and in the latest trend they're flipped upside down. You can actually buy upside down faux trees from stores like Target, Walmart, Kohl's and Home Depot, but they aren't cheap. For the novelty you'll pay upwards of $500. Currently there is an upside down Christmas tree (styled by Karl Lagerfeld) in the five-star London hotel Claridge's. Apparently the trend of turning trees upside down dates back to the 12th century when Central Europeans did it to represent the Holy Trinity
