Bart was rescued via owner surrender by OLAR, as he and his sister LISA did live outside on a chain in the cold , and snowy weather. They are both the sweetest pups and just are looking for somebody that will love them and they can give unconditional love.
Bart is a boxer mix, about 8-9 months old , has a beautiful coat and he is a boy. He is getting neutered and will be up to date on all his shots for adoption.
It would be great id he can get adopted together with LISA but this is not mandatory.
He has a face you want to cuddle all the time, and he will be the best companion for a very long time.

Lisa is the same age, she is his alter ego, but has a darker brown coat with lovely white markings.
