Everyone can relate to catching every red light when you're running late, right? Well a video filmed by a witness at a Phoenix , Arizona intersection on Friday afternoon (February 9th) shows a pair of bungling thieves being foiled by a red light. The video shows two men struggling to fit giant teddy bears they swiped from a Valentine's Day pop-up vendor into their SUV. They finally get the bears inside, but their great would-be escape is stopped by a red light. In that time a bystander runs to the SUV, opens the door, and gets the bears back for the vendor. The vendor says she's forgiven the attempted thieves, but is glad they were stopped.
