_ A couple in Nassau County, New York, are facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child. During the viewing of a movie, the little girl asked for some popcorn. A woman sitting next to the child responded by dumping a container of popcorn on the girl’s head and bonking her on the head with the popcorn bucket. The man with the woman was charged because he failed to step in to help.
