Christy Rowden was in a park with her adopted son Asher (from Uganda) who is generally shy around other kids.
A group of students came by to start a basketball game. But Asher took a seat and watched.
Soon the fifth grade boys came over to Asher and invited him to join them. They cheered him on and gave high fives.
Christy was emotional, especially since this is a black child in a mostly white community.
She posted a video to thank the boys and to show there are still good people in this world.
