Be careful not to haunt your front yard too well for Halloween, a neighbor might get nervous can call 9-1-1. That’s exactly what happened in West Fargo, North Dakota, where Becky Muhs put a sign reading “Help Me,” which looks like it’s written in blood, in her window. WDAY-TV reports that Muhs and her husband started getting messages from neighbors recently asking of they were OK, and one neighbor went as far as calling 9-1-1 out of concern. Muhs says the responding police officer laughed and didn’t ask her to take the sign down.
