Double amputee in a wheelchair gets help from a teen to escape a tornado

In the wake of devastating twisters that carved a path of destruction through America’s heartland comes news of an act of kindness. As tornado sirens blared throughout St. Louis, 16-year-old Seth Phillips jumped out of his mom's car to push a legally blind man in a wheelchair a quarter of a mile up a hill to his home. His mom recorded it all on her cellphone. When the teen was pushing him up the road, the man explained how his life was “not doing that good for him”
