6/25/2019- Here is the initial call made to Chatham County 911 about the stranded veteran on Interstate 95. There does not appear to be a mention of a medical condition, at least nothing urgent.
This appears to be a callback to Lisa Quanstrum from 911.
In the beginning, you can hear dialing and it sounds like they called her twice before she answered. The talking starts at about 47 seconds into the audio file.
