A group of strangers helped celebrate a nine-year-old boy's birthday on a highway after a huge traffic jam caused him to miss his party. Theo Yates was on his way to go bowling at Hollywood Bowl in Rochester, England, but traffic on the M2 highway was at an absolute standstill. After being stuck for nearly three hours, the boy's mom asked for help from some fellow stranded motorists to give Theo an impromptu birthday party! Watch the video here:
