A 13-ounce baby from Iowa is making a remarkable turnaround. Ellonn Smartt of Des Moines was just 23 weeks pregnant when her water unexpectedly broke earlier this month. She was rushed to Blank Children's Hospital, where doctors delivered her son, Jaden Wesley Morrow, by emergency cesarean section. Morrow was the smallest preemie delivered at the hospital in over a decade. But thankfully Morrow is making remarkable progress.
