Chick Fil A delivers food to stranded drivers during a flooding storm

A Houston Chick-fil-A delivered sandwiches to stranded drivers as Tropical Depression Imelda left several area highways flooded last Thursday (September 19th). Though the Chick-fil-A location was closed due to the weather at the time, Jean-Paul Alvarado's employees wanted to do something to help people who were stranded. They asked him for permission to deliver food and he agreed. Alvarado estimated that the restaurant gave out between 200 and 400 sandwiches that day
