Police help two bald eagles which had become tangled together

Minnesota police were able to save two bald eagles that had become tangled together. A resident called the Apple Valley Police Department when the animals were spotted in the middle of a busy intersection. Captain Nick Francis and Community Service Officer Alex Walker attempted to free the eagles, but as the officers approached, the birds were able to separate. Wildlife experts said eagles frequently end up tangled while fighting for territory, but are usually able to untangle themselves.
