A 911 dispatcher too busy watching Netflix to help a shooting victim

The Internal Affairs department at the Coral Springs Police Department has just released a report explaining why it took 34 minutes for officers to respond to a 911 call (in June) about a potential shoot incident. The Internal Affairs report says the supervisor on duty that night (Julie Vidaud) was preoccupied. The report says “during the time of the incident, [her] workstation was logged on to Netflix.” The report says a Hilary Swank movie (I Am Mother) was playing on her computer during the 911 call.
