We've been told for years how important it is to start the day with a good breakfast, but TV's Dr. Oz isn't on board and is saying he thinks we should skip breakfast.Dr. Mehmet Ozrecently toldTMZ, "I think for 2020, the first thing I’m going to do is ban breakfast. I don’t think we need to eat breakfast. That’s an advertising ploy. Unfortunately, a lot of the dogma that we were fed for decades came out of advertisements. It wasn’t really based on the truth around our health." He said instead that we should have our first meal of the day whenever we're actually hungry. But brunch fans will be happy to know that's a meal Dr. Oz is enthusiastic about. He said, "Have brunch every day of the week!"
