Mama swoops in to rescue baby monkey freed from netting by villagers

INDIA-ANIMAL

A monkey was caught on camera rushing out of hiding to hug her baby just moments after it was freed from netting by villagers. The footage of the rescue was recorded by an onlooker in India. In it, a baby monkey can be heard squealing after getting stuck in a bundle of netting that was being used to protect a house's TV antenna. Eventually, a man is able to free the monkey, whose mother rushes to pick it up. Mama was clearly worried and watching from a distance and was there as soon as her baby was released.
