A 17 year old from Atlanta auditioned in Savannah and kicked off Idol last night with Lionel Richie comparing her to Whitney Houston. "You have such control and mastery of your voice." That's some kind of compliment! She is great, and we'll have to see if she continues her journey like Candice Glover did. She certainly has the chops. Here is her audition.
