The McDonald's Shamrock Shake turns 50 this year, and in celebration the brand is auctioning off a gold Shamrock Shake cup for charity. The Golden Shamrock Shake cup is appraised at $90,000, is made of 18K gold and is adorned with 50 green emeralds and white diamonds, and 50 yellow diamonds that make up the Golden Arches logo. At the time of this writing it's up to a bid of $25,000 on eBay. Whatever the winning bid is, all the proceeds will go the Ronald McDonald House Charities. A little too rich for your taste?
