A little bit of creativity can go a long way. The owner of a bakery in Finland said the business was in danger of closing permanently in March when nearly all of its orders were closed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. But business turned around when photos of the bakery’s toilet paper roll cakes went viral on social media, leading to hundreds of new orders. The owner says the increase in business allowed her to keep all of her employees on payroll and even allowed her to hire two more people to keep up with demand.
