A Utah Highway Patrol trooper initiated a traffic stop Monday just before noon on an apparently impaired driver who was swerving through lanes on I-15, the UHP said on Twitter.
When he approached the car, however, he found a 5-year-old boy behind the wheel who had “somehow made his way up onto the freeway in his parents’ car.” The boy said was left after a fight with his mom because she would not buy him a Lamborgini.
At that point, the boy took matters into his own hands, and decided to drive to California to buy one himself, authorities said.
