John Mellencamp has posted a new lyric video for a gospel-tinged remake of his 1991 track, "If You Believe" online. The newly created clip features a photo of the George Floyd mural that overlooks the spot where he was killed in Minneapolis on May 25th.
Mellencamp's original 1991 version peaked at Number Three on Billboard's Album Rock Tracks chart.
A message was posted onJohnMellencamp.com about the clip, stating:"John wrote this song thirty years ago. 'If you believe' post this video to your social media pages."
