The creators behind the newest series of Looney Tunes Cartoons are making a change to Elmer Fudd, who will no longer use a gun. Executive producer Peter Browngardt told The New York Times, "We’re not doing guns. But, we can do cartoony violence -- TNT, the Acme stuff. All that was kind of grandfathered in."The Telegraph reported that the change was made because of gun violence. Warner Bros. released a clip from the new series, in which Elmer is using a scythe as he tries to catch Bugs Bunny instead of a gun. Looney Toons Cartoons debuted with HBO Max this month and is available to stream
