Massive beehive removal of historic home goes viral

In case you needed more nightmare fuel, here it is. David Glover with Bee Rescue and Removal in Whiteville, Tennessee recently removed a massive beehive from a historic house that is set to be remodeled. Glover says he removed more than 30 feet of combs from the home, saying, “That’s 30 linear feet plus the 15 inches between the studs.” All of the bees were safely taken to a local farm. He adds that bees are crucial to the environment and says if you find a large amount of bees near your home you can call the Memphis Area Beekeepers Association and they’ll pickup the bees for free.
