A clinical trial is now underway in Savannah trying to test the safety and effectiveness of the Moderna vaccine. They are looking for about 30,000 participants, and WTOC's Dawn Baker was the first person in the country to receive the inoculation. Dawn does not know if she got the vaccine or the placebo.
