This is one lobster you won't be eating at Red Lobster

New York Culinary Experience 2014 Presented By New York Magazine And The International Culinary Center - Day 1

A Red Lobster restaurant in Virginia recently made an unexpected rescue. The restaurant chain says employees at the location in Manassas spotted an extremely rare calico lobster in a delivery of live lobsters and decided it didn’t deserve to be put on a dinner plate. Nicknamed “freckles,” the estimated one in 30 million lobster will be living out the rest of its life at the Virginia Living Museum.
