:A giant panda at the Beauval Zoo in France has given birth to twin female cubs. The zoo said in a statement that mother Huan Huan was taking care of the tiny cubs "very well," adding, "She took them in her mouth to lick them and clean them." They described the newborns as "very lively, pink and plump." Huan Huan and the cubs' father, Yuan Zie, are on a 10-year loan from China, aimed at highlighting good ties with France.
