A rescue dog is raising money for a New York charity by showing off its ice skating skills. Cheryl Delsangro, of Las Vegas, says she rescued Benny, her 8-year-old Labrador retriever, from a kill shelter in Utah. Delsangro is a retired professional figure skater, and so she decided to try and teach Benny to ice skate on custom-made skates. Benny wears skates on his two front paws only, and seems to enjoy chasing Delsangro around the ice. The animal recently showed off his skills at Wollman Rink in Central Park to raise money for the Animal Vision Foundation.
