Cat who jumped onto the subway tracks has been rescued and returned

Take heart, Philly fans. There’s some good news for you out there. A cat named Edgar escaped from his carrier Sunday night on the subway platform at Second and Market streets and jumped right onto the tracks. A subway employee was working nearby that night only because the World Series was on. He was able to grab Edgar on the tracks and turn him over to PAWS rescuers.
