This dog had a jar stuck on her head and was slowly starving to death

This dog was spotted with a jar on her head and clearly had it there for weeks. Because she was unable to eat, she was skinny and dying and could not have lasted much longer.

Fortunately a volunteer was able to catch her and get it removed but while you would think she'd immediately start eating, that wasn't the case.
