_ A woman had a nightmare flight on Delta after discovering her seat was occupied by a 50-pound pitbull belonging to a seat neighbor with whom she was supposed to share the flight. The dog’s owner asked if she would give up her seat for the dog before the flight, but when the passenger refused, the woman placed the dog in her seat anyway. Throughout the flight, the woman and her dog continued to inconvenience other passengers, including standing up in her seat and in the aisle seat to get in and out of her row so her dog could walk. Others who were on the flight said the dog was not a legit service dog and shouldn’t have been on the flight, or should have had a purchased seat. Delta says it’s looking into the incident.
