Grace and Thomas moved their wedding to Northwest Community Hospital in Illinois so her father, Dan, who is battling Stage 4 pancreatic cancer, could be part of the ceremony.
With just 24 hours’ notice, family and hospital staff gathered so Dan could escort his daughter down the aisle and share a heartfelt moment with her.
