New Mexico police got an unusual call this week...a pig wondering around. Officers found the 1-year-old pig on an off-ramp. The pig was eventually taken to an animal shelter. The Hinchman family saw it and knew he needed to become a new member of the family. They have another pig named Swine-nona. They said when they saw him running, working hard to survive, they knew he would fit right in with Swine-nona. They named the runaway Boar-is and said their property has a sturdy fence, so Boar-is will not be going on anymore highway adventures anytime soon.
